Description
This rare highly desirable large 6 foot brass eagle lectern was constructed in the late 1800's. In 1919 it was presented to the ST. SILIAS CHURCH in Toxteth England in the loving memory of Henry Charles Roberts by his family. This one of a kind lectern survived the bombing of the church in 1940 and was removed from the church in 1952 when the church was permanently closed.
