• 28% Sellers fee on items 
• 18% Sellers fee on items which sell for over $500 (single lot). 
• 12% Sellers fee on items which sell for over $1000 (single lot).
• Consignor fees are negotiable depending on quality of product.
• $5 LISTING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL LOTS WHICH DO NOT SELL.
• Only bring in quality goods as we do not accept all items. 
• If you are interested in consigning please email us (info@urbanauctions.ca) or text (778-994-4011) us a picture of what you have.
• If an item does not sell, the consignor has 24 hours to pick it up, otherwise it will be donated, recycled or thrown out.
• Customers are given a 24 hour return policy on broken/damaged items. The original sale of these items will be voided and the item will be returned to the consignor.     
•  Payments will be ready 10 days after the final sale.

•   Please only bring in cards and comics which have value, as we do not take in all items. (no 1990's hockey cards or low value comics)

                        VINYL RECORD AUCTION

•  28% Sellers fee.
•  18% Sellers fee on items which sells for over $100 (single lot).
•   8% Sellers fee on items which sells for over $500 (single lot).

•   Records must be in good condition. They must have an inner sleeve and can not be scratched. We do not accept old country or classical music. 
•   If an item does not sell, the consignor has 24 hours to pick it up, otherwise it will be donated, recycled or thrown out.
•   Payments will be ready 10 days after the final sale. 
•   Payments are made by cheque (E-transfers are available upon request).

                            VIDEO GAME AUCTION

         We accept good video games on Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun.
